We are a sports tech product based out of India, everything with us is going in the right direction but what slows down our client acquisition is when our customer moves from Demo stage to onboarding and from this where the cycle to onboard is stretching beyond 8weeks and in some cases it's beyond 30 weeks even.

Can you suggest how to improve this better or is there some system fault. One thing that I come on terms within my mind is Sports at grassroots is still an unorganized sector in India.

But I am looking for some more insight to suggestions from all of you.
