Hey all, 

I've just started a position as SDR and I've encountered a block: I'm doing my best to keep accurate stats of my work and I've been calculating the success rate of my campaigns as  'leads converted/companies contacted*100', reason being I message 2-3 people in every company on my list. 

When I presented my numbers to my boss I was told that I should change that formula to 'leads converted/leads contacted*100' because some companies have multiple departments that use different tools. 

While that is true, I don't agree that the latter formula would be a good reflection of the success of all my campaigns as a lot of companies are SMEs. I'm thinking about using different formulas for different companies, but I was hoping maybe someone knew a better way to keep stats overall?
